Batman: Death by Design

In this new, original graphic novel from superstar writer/designer Chip Kidd and artist Dave Taylor, Gotham City is undergoing one of the most expansive construction booms in its history.

The most prestigious architects from across the globe have buildings in various phases of completion all over town. As chairman of the Gotham Landmarks Commission, Bruce Wayne has been a key part of this boom, which signals a golden age of architectural ingenuity for the city. And then, the explosions begin.

All manner of design-related malfunctions - faulty crane calculations, sturdy materials suddently collapsing, software glitches, walkways giving way and much more - cause casualties across the city. This bizarre string of seemingly random, unconnected catastrophes threaten to bring the whole construction industry down. Fingers are pointed as Batman must somehow solve the problem and find whoever is behind it all. (DC)

Super 7 (BAND) Vol. 2

Und ich so: “HUCH!?!? NA ENDLICH!” ein zweiter Band des (leider eingestellten) Super 7 Magazin soll noch dieses Jahr erscheinen. Ich bin gespannt.

Super 7 The Book (Vol. 02)

The premiere “mook” for toy collectors, loaded with page after page of drool-worthy color photos and essential information. The term mook has long been used to describe printed material that is neither a book, nor a magazine, but the ultimate fusion of the two. Super7 has elevated this form to the highest possible pinnacle with the redesign of their magazine as a deluxe book. Elegant to the extreme, this beautifully designed and immaculately photographed title is a museum quality catalogue for collectors, aficionados or self-proclaimed toy geeks. Super7 Volume 2 takes you on a nostalgic journey to the endless days of youth and summers spent watching Godzilla, Mothra and Rodan battle for world supremacy as well as the latest toys in today’s hyper paced toy world. Contains features and interviews with toy-world giants Keiji Hirota, James Lavelle, Tokyo’s Gargamel, Classic Heroes A-Z, Baltan Seijin, Skull Toys and much, much more. Flexibind, color.(Last Gasp)
